We plan the programme in detail before we start, manage every trade on site, coordinate deliveries and inspections, and keep you informed at every stage. You deal with us as a single point of contact, not a series of separate contractors all working independently.
Groundworks, Structure, and Envelope
The first stage of any new build in Liverpool is the groundworks: site clearance, excavation, and foundations. We then build the structural shell, including cavity walls, floor slabs, beam and block floors, and the roof structure. Once the shell is watertight, we move to first fix: joinery, electrics, and plumbing. Second fix covers skirting, doors, kitchen, bathrooms, and electrics. At each stage, our work is inspected and approved by building control, giving you a documented build record.
Building Regulations and Sign-Off
